By accessing or using VAELORN PROTOCOL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and VAELORN PROTOCOL.
02. Description of the Protocol
VAELORN PROTOCOL is an AI-native spatial production system that enables the generation, orchestration, and deployment of 3D assets, with certain functionality coordinated through the Solana blockchain. The platform is provided on an evolving basis and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
03. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the protocol complies with the laws applicable to you. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions, and you must not use the protocol where doing so would be unlawful.
04. Use of the Protocol
You agree to use the protocol only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, circumvent security measures, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access for conduct we deem harmful to the protocol or its users.
05. Tokens & Digital Assets
Any tokens or digital assets associated with VAELORN PROTOCOL are highly experimental and volatile. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Tokens are not offered as investments, securities, or financial instruments, and nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of acquiring, holding, or transacting any digital asset.
06. Risks & Disclaimers
Blockchain technology, smart contracts, and AI-generated outputs carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, software bugs, network failures, loss of funds, regulatory uncertainty, and irreversible transactions. You acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any output or service.
07. Intellectual Property
The VAELORN PROTOCOL name, branding, interface, and underlying software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
08. User Content
You retain ownership of content and prompts you submit, subject to the licenses necessary for us to operate the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you provide and that it does not violate the rights of third parties or any applicable law. We may remove content that violates these terms.
09. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the protocol at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PROTOCOL IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the protocol will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAELORN PROTOCOL and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of or inability to use the protocol, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAELORN PROTOCOL and its contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the protocol, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the protocol shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, except where prohibited by mandatory local law.

Your continued use of the protocol after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform.
